Air China Flights

Air China Informations

The main focus of Air China is its huge domestic market along with routes that focus on the destinations Chinese travellers choose to visit. Although the airline doesn't need to chase foreign customers it does offer an excellent and competitive service that should be considered. A quirk of its route planning means it actually serves more German cities than Germany's flag carrier, Lufthansa, does. It is also one of the few airlines in the world that flies to all six inhabitable continents, covering 201 destinations along the way. Although the airline flies to Taiwan, due to the political situation it is required to cover its national flag on the fuselage.

Air China (CA/CCA)

In financial terms, Air China is the world's largest airline. In passenger numbers, this national flag carrier ranks third in China and tenth in the world carrying over 50 million passengers every year. This relatively new airline was launched in 1988 and joined the Star Alliance in 2007, spreading its wings to become as important internationally as in China. It operates out of headquarters in the Shunyi District of Beijing. The airline's quality was recognised in 2010 when it was awarded the Plaque for Tourist Merit, the first foreign airline to receive this prestigious Spanish tourism award.
